Kitt's Kloset Toll Free number allows you to leave me a message for free.

Now you can call me at Kitt's Kloset toll free and leave me a short message. I will call you back as soon as I can. My goal is to get back with you in as short of a period of time as possible but please keep in mind that my business hours are 9-5 EST/EDT Monday through Friday, no weekend hours. During the Christmas season, however, I will monitor my email for voice messages in case you need help with ordering. I realize it can be frustrating if you cannot get hold of someone right away and you are trying to place an order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not leave me a message, your number will be added to the blocked list. I can only assume that anyone who doesn't leave a message thinks that I was going to answer myself and that they would have an opportunity to sell me something. I WILL call you back if you are interested in buying my American Girl doll clothes. If you try to sell me something or don't leave a message, you will be blocked.

I decided that my family and I needed a break from the constant evening and weekend calls. I do want my valued doll clothes customers to call me but now you will know you have the right place because the message you will hear was recorded by me! It will say you've reached "Barbee & Friends and Kitt's Kloset" so don't worry, you do have the right place. Jut like how I share my payment processor with my Barbie clothes site, I share my toll free number with that site as well.

When my greeting message finishes, you will have a full minute to leave me your name, phone number and a short description of what I can help you with. I will return the phone call on my cell phone which is a 614 area code for when you see the call come through on your Caller ID.

I will receive an email from my 800 company which will allow me to listen to your message and get your information so that I can call you back. It will ideally be the same day but if your call comes on a weekend or after hours, it will be the next business day. I know that my American Girl clothes customers are excited about my products so I want to be sure I can get back to you so that excitement does not wear off and I can share in it with you.

This will allow me and my family to enjoy time together without worrying about me running off to talk on the phone or (best of all) it should deter telemarketers who usually don't leave messages to begin with. I hope this will work out great for you, my awesome doll clothes customers!
