American Girl Flannel Nightgown

Handmade American Girl nightgown in warm cozy flannel.

My handmade American Girl flannel nightgown is cozy, made from flannel and perfect for those long cold winter nights. They're definitely Becky's favorite as you can tell by the happy look on her face. She is modeling a nightgown I made for my friend's granddaughter's Christmas gift.

You can choose this print or others in the selector below. Also, you can choose to get slippers with this nightgown too. Becky is getting ready to go over to Nellie's and watch some DVDs of her favorite star, Hannah Montana! Hey girls, don't let the dog get your popcorn!

This American Girl nightgown has long gathered sleeves with elastic at the wrists. There is pretty lace trim at the neck and hem edge. The nightgown closes in back with Velcro. I am playing around with different patterns for nightgowns I have and may end up using another one but either one is very cute and will have the lace trim. For now I'm using this picture and no matter what pattern I use, flannel long gowns all look pretty much alike.

As always, Becky and her shoes are not included, not that you can see her slippers since the gown is nice and long. But you can just check one or more of the boxes below and get your choice of 4 different kinds of slippers, see details below. It's nice to be able to take care of your gift giving needs all in one convenient place, here at Kitt's!

Please allow at least 3-4 weeks from the time you order till delivery is made. Normally it won't take that long but I like to avoid any and all disappointments. This is also my policy at my sister site Barbee & Friends as it is increasingly more difficult to keep a lot of stock on hand. Doll clothes are such a popular gift item, especially handmade doll clothes, so please order well in advance of your needed-by date.

I could even make your American Girl and Barbie dolls matching nightgowns if you note it on your order. You'd need to place a separate order for Barbie doll flannel pajamas at my other site. I have a good amount of small pastel rosebud flannel on hand. And I would make sure that you got a combined shipping rate if you order something from both sites. Each site has its own shopping cart however. I'm sorry I can't integrate this site's checkout with that of my Barbie site.

If you have some fabric on hand or would like to purchase your own fabric for me to make up as an American girl nightgown, that would be fine with me. Or if your child has an old favorite nightie she's outgrown, why not have it made into a nightgown for her favorite American Girl doll? Please be sure that any clothing mailed to me is clean and freshly washed. Any scraps left will not be returned unless specified. Details about sending your own clothing to use or fabric to use can be obtained by contacting me.
