Here is a very festive handmade Christmas jumper and blouse for your American Girl doll to ring in Christmas right. Chrissa is modeling it for you and wanted to let you know that her grandma (my mom) made this outfit and that's why she loves it so much!
The blouse is red with tiny gold pin dots. There is lace trimming the neck and the sleeves have elastic at the wrists. Back closure is done in Velcro for ease of dressing your doll.
Chrissa's jumper is made from a small red and green plaid with shiny gold color threads running through the print which makes it extra special for wearing at Christmas time. It closes in back with Velcro. The straps are permanently attached to the front and Mom has sewn small red heart buttons on the straps to decorate the jumper that Chrissa is modeling. Buttons will vary. I have another one of these sets Mom made and the buttons are different on it but still a very cute focal point.
At the moment, I am out of both those fabrics but can still make you something very Christmas-y. I am trying to locate more of this cute fabric.
I have another American Girl Christmas dress with an apron if you are looking for a different style.
You can also order your doll the white tights and black slip-on bow toe shoes (a Sophia's product) at the same time you order your outfit. Wouldn't this American Girl Christmas jumper and blouse be perfect to put on your doll and go Christmas caroling? I have no more of the fabric at this time but will use something else suitable.
